Family First Homecare is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a job in Sioux Center, Iowa.

SCHEDULE:

Full-time and PRN positions

Monday-Friday and E/O Weekend 7:00PM-7:00AM

Tuesday and E/O Weekend 7:00AM-7:00PM

PAY RATE, based on experience:

LPNs: $27 - $32/hr

RNs: $29 - $35

$2 shift differential for hours 7pm - 7am

Paid weekly

Cares: Cerebral Palsy, Trach/Vent cares, feeding tube, oxygen dependent, seizures, catheter, total care

Active Registered Nurse licensure, without restrictions

BLS CPR active

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
